Mary Fischer: I would highly recommend Chapel Hill Florist. When I called, I spoke with Ken who was very, very pleasant and helpful. Ken not only helped me decide on the perfect gift but went the \"extra mile\" to have it delivered that morning. The gift arrangement was given that \"extra touch\" and was beautiful. This was celebrating a very special event in my daughter\'s life and Chapel Hill Florist helped me to give my daughter a wonderful surprise in celebration. Thank you!

Mary Fischer: I was a first time caller to this florist. It was not a very pleasant experience. I asked a simple question and the answer was given to me in a very rude tone. When I asked why she was being so rude . . she responded she was not being rude and said \"have a nice day\" and hung up the phone. I have called several other florists in Chapel Hill and was greeted with a \"smile\" in their voice and the other florists were very happy to answer my questions and were very helpful to me. I will not call this florist again and do not recommend this florist. Had I been calling for a death in the family, this lady was certainly not very pleasant, caring or helpful.
