Sandy Peters: On April 5, 2007 Shig\'s Flowers did 5 huge Floral arrangements and 9 smaller arrangements for the grand children for my mother-in-laws funeral. They were all absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Everyone at the funeral raved over the flowers. My mother-in-law loved and wanted bright and colorful flowers. When we all took home the flowers, they lasted over a month. The Flowers were very fresh and bright. I recommend Shig\'s Flowers for any occasion.

Janelle Bart: This is the best florist in Edmonton. The flowers are always fresh, you always get so much more than what you pay for, and the delivery is always wrapped in a beautiful bow. I always have all my flowers come from here and I refer everyone I meet.
Susan Hughson: I have used Kate Ashton\'s on numerous occasions.. from get well, to Happy Birthday or Mother\'s Day and have never been disappointed. They are beautiful healthy floral arrangements that last well. Very very pleasant to deal with, as well. Highly recommend.

Heather: This florist does amazing work!! Everytime I have ordered flowers through them they have been fresh, fragrent, and have lasted WEEKS! I have never had that happen with any other florist in town!!

Completely incompetent delivery service, nice flow: Called Saturday January 19 2008 and ordered flowers which were to be delivered to my mother on Monday January 21 2008. Charge of $62.95 was posted to my Mastercard. Flowers were never delivered, they did not call to inform me they had any difficulty with delivery. When I called to ask them why my mother thought I forgot her birthday they had no idea the flowers never reached their destination. Not impressed.
Would like to correct comment: I made the negative comment about the missed birthday on Monday January 21 2008. New flowers were delivered and some lovely person sang my mother happy birthday... not just the first line either - the whole thing. Mom thought this was absolutely wonderful. This pretty much erased any memory of the mess around.

Lana: Laurels is very inconsistent. The bouquets they display in their store are lovely, but if you order flowers, particularly if they know you are ordering from out of town and won\'t see them, be careul. The last four bouquets I sent from them were, well, UGLY. And very cheap. I spent over $60 on all of them, and they looked like something you would pick up at Safeway on clearance. There was no artistry, too many greens and less than 1/2 the flowers they promised with a $60 purchase. I have given them numerous chances but now I\'m using Swish exclusively.
