Bride: I was told I would be called back if someone else wanted to book my date since I was not in the area, I never got a call. When I called the shop back to let them know I was sending in my deposit, I was informed my date had been taken after the fact that I drove into town for the consultation and was never contacted as she informed me she would. I think it was because I had a certain budget and she didn\'t want to deal with me.

Bride: I went n for a consultation. They never got back with me on an estimate after I was told I\'d be called in a few days! I\'m still waiting to hear from them! This is not very professional.
