My fiancee ordered my a fragrant bouquet and I was delivered a half dead fall bouquet with dried out leaves and broken grasses, then he found out he was over charged,plus charged $6 for a half deflated tiny pink balloon. They said they would send another and never did. Enough to turn a mna off sending flowers and we do not want that. I sent an email one week ago which was not responded to.
