John Doe: We recieved a fruit basket as a gift Tuesday afternoon, when we opened it Wednesday morning we found the Pineapple was rotten with mould on. I rang to inform Marilyn\'s but they quickly accepted no responsibility blaming Waitrose where they source their fruit from. I was surprised as I have found Waitrose to be top quality and also surprised that Marylin\'s did not realise the Pineapple was far from fresh when wrapping it up. I am disappointed with the lack of apology and professionalism of the company. I wanted others to realise their lack of top quality service incase they are considering purchasing gifts from Marilyn\'s.
