Worst Service I Have Ever Received!: I had a HORRIBLE experience with the Flower Box! I submitted an order online, along with billing info, and received the email confirmation. When I called them the next day to verify, there was no record of that order being placed in their system. Had I not called, the order would have never been delivered. I had to take time off work to come to the store and prove that I actually placed an order. The two people I spoke with were rude and unapologetic. When the bouquet arrived, it looked nothing like the display on the web site. There were only patches of flowers (some looked far from \"fresh\") instead of the full bouquet displayed on the web site. The highlight was the wilting rose on the top of the bouquet. Nothing says \"I love you\" like a wilting rose. It looked like something I could have paid $10 for at a grocery store. I actually paid quite a bit more than $10 because I wanted the bouquet to look really nice, but you wouldn\'t know it. I was actually embarrassed to have had that bouquet delivered. I am NEVER going to Flower Box again!
