R Hosey: If it doesn\'t arrive in time, they don\'t careI sent my girlfriend flowers for her birthday to her job. The florist confirmed that they would arrive by 2:30 pm as her day would end at 4:00 pm. Instead they had not beeen delivered at 5:45 pm when I called my girlfriend to inquire. I called the florist who told me they were delivered at 1:45 pm by his records but that he would follow up with me the next day. The flowers were then delivered to her job 45 mins later and left with the security guard for her to receive the next day...which of course is not her birthday. The florist told me delivery is not an exact science and so they sometimes just don\'t get there within the times they confirm. This was not what I was told during the purchase. I will never use this florist again and recommend never using them for delivery. I told him to keep his $20 off, because I would not want the point missed that he clearly was missing or did not are about.
